Abstract/Citation
Under the Supplemental Security Income Regulations, three formulas are used to calculate the amount of income deemed to a child from his or her ineligible parent(s) when they are living together. This final rule eliminates the formula used when the parent(s) has only earned income and the formula used when the parent(s) has only unearned income. Requires that only the method used in cases where the parent(s) has both earned and unearned income be used to calculate the amount of parental income.
