| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the executives' responsibility at all levels in case of lack of execution or unsufficient execution of normative acts and decisions of their superiors in absence of administrative or penal sanctions. Sanctions provided for are warning and suspension. Also provided for are the sending of a written explanation and the possibility of a personal interview with the superior before the application of the sanction. If the executive gets no other disciplinary sanction during one year, he is considered exonerated. |
