Abstract/Citation: The National Social Security Authority (Accident Prevention and Workers' Compensation Scheme) Notice, 1990 is amended to provide a three year limitation period for actions under section 9 against an employer; written decisions in respect of appeals under section 19; and rebates for employers who have favourable accident records.
