Abstract/Citation: Under the authority of section 77(1)(l) of the Central Provident Fund Act (Ch. 36) amendments are made to the Central Provident Fund (Medisave Account withdrawals) Regulations 1988 concerning the use of Medisave account funds of unconscious patients, and their use for eye treatment. The Central Provident Fund Board is empowered to authorise the withdrawal of future contributions to pay for hospitalisation expenses.
