Abstract/Citation: These Regulations, under the authority of section 77(1) of the Central Provident Fund Act, limit the prescribed amount under section 16 of the Act to $10000 in general, and to $5000 for public officers also receiving a pension under either the Pensions Act or the Singapore Armed Forces Pensions Regulations 1978. The Central Provident Fund (Prescribed Amount for Medisave Account) Regulations 1991 are revoked.
