Abstract/Citation
This Act makes consequential amendments and savings and transitional provisions to the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 in accordance with the simultaneously enacted Veterans' Entitlements Amendment Act 1991. The main aim of the savings provisions of the Act is to permit continued pensions payments under the former Act without a need to reapply under the subsequent Act.
