This Notification is made under the Technical Supervision of Occupational Safety Act of 20 December 1968. It consists of 13 parts, respectively entitled "General provisions" (scope, definitions, obligations of entrepreneurs, etc), "Construction work in special circumstances" (inadequate safety), "Buildings and warehouses", "Earthworks" (notably in winter, when such work is subject to the provisions of the Public Health Act of 17 March 1966), "Concreting", "Masonry", "Assembly work", "Work at heights", "Demolition and reconstruction work", "Machines and machinery", "Related work" and "Common provisions" (in particular, the Notification applies to agricultural cooperative workers as provided for in the Act of 3 March 1990 (Text No. 162).
