Abstract/Citation: The schedule to the ordinance contains detailed instructions as to the procedure for keeping workers' personel records. Entries in such records must be made by the establishment, institution or organisation employing the worker, even temporarily, and no worker may be engaged unless he or she can produce his or her record or alternative attestation of his previous employment or status.
