Abstract/Citation: Act to amend the Public Service Act 1957, so as to improve the definition of "departments"; to insert a definition of "non-White authority" in the said Act; to empower the Public Service Commission to delegate its power in connection with the retention in the public service of female officers who marry; to alter the date on which the Public Service Commission shall frame its annual report; to make provision for the employment by departments of persons in the service of other governments or certain other bodies or persons; and to provide for the transfer of non-White officers and employees of certain departments to the service of non-White authorities.
