Abstract/Citation: Act to amend ss. 38 and 39 of the Workmen's Compensation Act 1941 [LS 1941 - SA 2 ... 1956 - SA 3], in order to increase the maximum amount of compensation payable to a White, Coloured and Asiatic workman for temporary and permanent disablement; and to amend ss. 84 and 85 of the said Act in order to increase the maximum amount of compensation payable to a Bantu workman for temporary and permanent disablement.
