Abstract/Citation: Chapter 12 organizes the training, the rights and duties of the medical personnel. Contains provisions regarding medical assistance and child welfare. Repeals, inter alia, the Decree of 17 March 1951 respecting free medical care and the Decree of 11 February 1972 respecting the supervision of health by the State.
