Executive Order made under section 100 of the Electronic Communications Act, 2008 (Act 775). Stipulates that a Network Provider is to put the network of the network provider or service provider at the disposal of the State for the mass dissemination of information to the public. The Central Subscriber Identity Module Register is to be the responsible for the centralised database for validly registered Subscriber Identity Module cards and subscriber numbers on all networks of mobile and service providers in the country.
