Abstract/Citation: The main aspects of amendments related to Trade Unions Legislation:
1) enlargement of the right of assembly in trade unions to employees on other than employment contracts
2) new Trade unions rights for those type of employees on other than employment contracts:
-non-discrimination rule,
-special protection of employment relations,
-exemption form current work for the time of trade union activity,
-right to collective agreement and collective dispute;
3)new rules of preparing information on a number of trade union members:
-drafted biannually;
-failure to disclose the information deprive trade unions its authorization,
-employer able to verify the number of trade union members through juridical verification,
4) new rules of determination of trade union representation
5) new catalog of employer and trade unions offenses
6) right to report to trade union.
