Rephrases paragraphs 3, 4 of Preamble; paragraph 2 of part 3 of Article 6 (on the supreme juridical force of the Constitution). Rephrases the title of Chapter I of Section II, which now reads:"Chapter I: General provisions". Introduces wording changes into Article 16 (on the human rights and freedoms); Article 20 (on the adoption of laws related with human rights), supplementing it with a new sentence; Article 24 (on the right to freedom and personal immunity). Supplements Article 26 (on the principle innocence of a person until the opposite is proven) with new part 7. Rephrases part 5 of Article 36 (on the essence of family). Repeals a sentence in Article 41 (on the right to appeal to state body). Makes wording changes in Articles 50 (on the rights and duties of a citizen), 64 (the President), 68 (suspension of the competencies of the President), 74 (the competencies of the Parliament), 81 (the laws adopted by the Parliament), 84 (candidacy for the position of the Prime Minister), 86 (the question of distrust in the Government), 87 (the retirement of the Prime Minister), 89 (duties of the Prime Minister), 94 (Judges), 95 (peculiarities of the position of a judge), 96. (Supreme Court), 102 (court self-governance), 104 (Prosecutor's office). Also adds new paragraphs to Article 70 (the Parliament), Article 72 (deputee of the Parliament), Article 75 (the election of the Speeker of the Parliament, also the competencies and duties thereof).
