Abstract/Citation
Chapter I establishes general provisions, in particular, the legal grounds, aims and objectives, principles, forms and types of volunteering. Chapter II introduces the state regulation in the sphere of volunteering, the competencies of state bodies at the republican and local self-governmental level. Chapter III defines the rights and duties of a volunteer; the functions of a coordinator of volunteers; the essence, the goals and objectives a volunteer organization; also the assistance and support for volunteering. Chapter IV introduces final provisions regarding the violations of the law.
