| Abstract/Citation: | Decree establishes an obligatory minimum wage and a guaranteed minimum wage. Effective January 2016 the scope of the decree covers all employers and employees. 1) the obligatory minimum wage: - monthly HUF 111 000; - weekly HUF 25 550; - daily HUF 5110; - hourly HUF 639. 2) the guaranteed minimum wage: - monthly HUF 129 000; - weekly HUF 29 690; - daily HUF 5940; - hourly HUF 742. Repeals the Governmental Decree on the obligatory minimum wage and guaranteed minimum wage (Text No. 390/2012 (XII. 20)) |
