Abstract/Citation
Introduces, inter alia, the general provisions, general objectives of state authorities in the sphere of reproductive health and reproductive rights, protection of reproductive health, training and perfection of professional knowledge of medical workers in this sphere. Also sets the general principles of realization of reproductive rights of citizens, freedom of citizens in reproductive relationships, reproductive rights and guarantees of their realization, right to making independent decisions in relation of reproduction and contraception; deals with artificial fertilization, abortion, also the liability for protection of reproductive health.
