Introduces general provisions (Chapter I); state policy for protection of rights of the child (Chapter II); rights and freedoms of the child, including, inter alia, right to life, freedom, inviolability, personality, health care, dwelling, education, labour, rest, protection of rights of the child in special educational institutions for minors (Chapter III); protection of orphaned children and children without parental care (Chapter IV); protection of rights of the disabled child (Chapter V). Final provisions regulates the financing of measures for protection of rights of the child, international cooperation in this field, liability for violation of this law (Chapter VI).
