Introduces general concepts of the law; the places prohibited for children; general preventive measures against harm to health of children, their physical, intellectual, psychical, spiritual and ethical development; regulates informing on inadmissibility of children¿s being in prohibited places, as well as procedure of informing parents. Sets liability for the violation of this law.
