Second Region

The Adult Education Act provides the bases for adult education management, further training institution for maintenance and in-service training to carry out the requirements for learners entitled to study leave, refresher training outside the formal education. Establishes that adult education is divided into formal education and training, also regulates the procedures thereof.

Amends a number of legal acts, inter alia, the Labour Market Services and Benefits Act, introducing wording changes to paras (1), (2), (4) of article 13 (Labour market training), supplementing article 43 (Transitional provisions) with new para (19) concerning labour market training organization procedure.
