Amends, inter alia, Civil Service Act (RT I, 06.07.2012, 1): namely introduces wording changes, inter alia, into sections 38 (On-call time), 39 (Overtime work), 49 (Compensation in case of death or loss of capacity for work), 57 (Performance of functions of absent official), 106 (State personnel and payroll database), 110 (Employment contract under favorable conditions and procedure for preservation of favorable conditions), 111 (Favourable conditions of official and procedure for preservation thereof) which enters into force retrospectively from 1 January 2013.
Also, amends Individual Labour Dispute Resolution Act: namely changes the wording of section 13, para (2) (Release of representatives of employees and representatives of employers from performance of their duties), introduces new section 351 (Specification of indexation of wages paid to representatives of employees and representatives of employers).
Also, amends Labour Market Services and Benefits Act: namely makes changes, inter alia, in paras 31, 32 of section 6 (Registration as unemployed or as job-seeker), paras 6, 7 of section 18 (Wage subsidy), para (5) of section 20 (Adaptation of premises and equipment), sections 26 (Right to receive unemployment allowance), 30 (Period of payment of unemployment allowance).
Also, amends the Unemployed Insurance Acts: namely makes wording changes in sections 3 (Insured person and insurer), 7 (Unemployment insurance period), 42 (Procedure for payment of unemployment insurance premium); supplement the act with section 522 (Specifications for insurance benefit upon lay-offs).
Para (6) of section 1 of this law, amending the Civil Service Act, enters into force on 27 March 2013.
