It amends the following provisions of the Regulations: it replaces "Human Resources Department" phrase by "Education, Research and Development Center" of para 2 of articles 14 and 16, para 1 and 4 of articles 18 and 19 and amends para 1 of article 16 (list of needs); it repeals the words "qualifying examination" mentioned in para 5, 6, 7 and 8 of article 20 and replaces the phrase "Human Resources Department" by "Education, Research and Development Center"; adds articles 20/A (qualifying examination) and 20/B (subjects of the qualifying examination); adds temporary article 2 ("qualifying examination thesis of assistant experts considered successful").
