    The International Labour Organisation (ILO) Country office in Lusaka in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Zambia, hosted a two day National Youth Employment Promotion Event (6 - 7 March 2012). President Michael Chilufya Sata has been invited to deliver the keynote address to this year’s International Labour Conference scheduled in June 2012 in Geneva. Prior to the ILC, the ILO will host the global youth employment forum (23-25 May 20120 with the aim of assisting countries to develop coherent and coordinated interventions on youth employment.
